We believe that providing our domestic customers with the same high quality service as our business customers is very important. We also think that people don't want to be bamboozled with technical jargon, they just want things to be as user friendly as possible and have services provided at sensible prices. We charge on an hourly basis for most types of work, though we do have some fixed fee services. Generally, if we travel to your home, we charge a little more for the first hour, to cover our travelling time/expenses.

Charges for visiting your home apply between the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday - Friday, however, we can sometimes provide services until 8pm in the week and between 9am and 5pm at the weekend, subject to an additional £10/hour.

It is worth noting that the vast majority of jobs are completed within 1 to 1½ hours.

We are able to offer you services at these reduced rates as we complete work for business customers as a priority (i.e. same or next day), however, the charges for domestic services assume a turn around of 4 working days. Should you need a quicker turn around, we can do this, subject to our normal business rates


1st Hour Charge

The higher 1st hour charge covers the cost of travelling to/from your site.

Subsequent Hours Charge

This is the charge for any time beyond the 1st hour and is calculated in 15 minute blocks, rather than hourly or half hourly, to better reflect the time we spend with you and ensuring you only pay for the time you have used.

Area 1

Including Stroud Area and Nailsworth.

Area 2

Includes Cheltenham Gloucester & Cirencester.

Area 3

Includes Forest of Dean, Tewkesbury.



Fixed Fee Services

For some work where you bring your computer to us, we are able to offer a fixed fee service (please contact us for a rate based on us collecting and returning). This work is usually completed within a 4 working day turn around.

Remove Virus/Spyware

We can remove even the most stubborn of viruses, spyware or rootkits. Sometimes however, these can damage an operating system to the point where the only solution is to reinstall everything. We will phone you if this is the case to agree this with you.

Reinstall Windows

Sometimes it's nice to have a fresh start and sometimes there is nothing else for it but to reinstall Windows. We always ensure we backup your data and reconfigure your email and favourites etc. Reinstalling your operating system can make your PC run significantly faster and overcome small but annoying glitches.
